Cancellations must be made with sufficient notice to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

• 100% refund — 4 or more weeks’ notice

• 75% refund — 3 or more weeks’ notice

• 50% refund — 2 or more weeks’ notice

• 25% refund — 1 or more weeks’ notice

• 0% refund — Less than 1 week’s notice

No refunds will be issued for early check-outs. We encourage guests to notify us as early as possible to avoid forfeiting their payment.

Please note that any processing fees, taxes, or third-party booking fees are non-refundable. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of River Valley RV Park LLC management.

Standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and could be subject to additional charges. Guests who fail to check out by the designated time without prior approval may be charged a late departure fee.

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform park management in advance if they anticipate arriving early or departing late.

Only one RV or tent is allowed per site unless prior approval has been granted by park management.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.

River Valley RV Park LLC is committed to providing a serene and family-friendly environment. All guests are expected to behave respectfully, avoid disruptive or offensive behavior, and refrain from any activities that may disturb the comfort or enjoyment of others.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the park without refund, at the discretion of management.

Pets are welcome at River Valley RV Park LLC; however, the following rules must be strictly followed:

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times while within the park.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets promptly.

Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the property for the safety of all guests and other animals.Pets are not allowed in rental cabins, the store, bathrooms, showers, or beach/lake areas.

Guests who fail to comply with the pet policy may be asked to remove their pets from the premises or vacate the park without refund.

Amenities include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, a camp store, playgrounds, and a private lake with sandy beach for swimming and boating. ​

Some amenities may require additional fees, such as equipment rentals.

For your convenience and safety, firewood is available for purchase at the camp store.

Cutting, gathering, or removing wood from anywhere within the park is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly authorized by park management. This policy helps preserve the natural environment and reduces the risk of introducing pests or diseases into the local ecosystem.

Guests are encouraged to use only locally sourced or park-approved firewood.

Guests use the facilities at River Valley RV Park LLC at their own risk.

River Valley RV Park LLC shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property, including but not limited to incidents caused by fire, theft, weather conditions, acts of God, or use of recreational equipment.

This includes injury to individuals or pets and damage to vehicles or personal belongings while on park property. By entering the park, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and belongings.

All guests are required to comply with the park’s rules and regulations, which are provided upon check-in and are posted throughout the property.

Failure to comply with any park policies — including those related to safety, behavior, pets, or site usage — may result in immediate eviction without refund, at the sole discretion of park management.

River Valley RV Park LLC reserves the right to enforce these rules to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
